Logging In For The First Time

If you are attempting to login to the Verify 365 dashboard for the first time, you will have received login details and instructions via email from the Verify 365 Support Team. Please follow the URL given within the instructions which will take you to the enterprise login page. Please ensure you are logging in through our enterprise login page for any consecutive login attempts. 

 

Accessing the Login Page 

Begin by opening your preferred web browser and navigating to the login page of https://app.verify365.app/#/login

You can directly type the URL into the address bar or use a bookmark if previously saved.

 

 

Entering Your Credentials:

On the login page, you'll encounter fields prompting you to enter your username and password. Ensure accuracy while inputting this information, as incorrect credentials can lead to login errors.

 

OTP, or One-Time Password:

This is a unique authentication code generated for a single use and a limited time (10 minutes). It serves as an additional layer of security in upon logging in. 

When a user initiates a login attempt, the system auto generates a unique OTP to the login email.

 

What should you do if you can't login or you receive an error message on the login screen?

If you have received your log in details from us in the Email under the name “Verify 365” and they do not work for you. There are some options you can try to log in successfully.

Incorrect login details

If the password you enter comes up as incorrect, the first option you can try is the “Forgot Password” option. This allows you to set a new password which will allow you to sign into your dashboard.

 

The reset password screen looks like this:



 

You will then provide your email that was used to sign up with Verify 365 and you will be sent an Email containing a link to reset your password.

Once you click the link you will be taken to a page that looks like this:

You will then be able to set a new password that you will be able to sign into the dashboard with.

 

Why can I not login with my correct username & password?

If you enter your login details that are correct, and you have just reset your password and you still receive an error message you must clear your cache or browsing data. Please see below instructions on how to do this: 

 

In Chrome

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More. Clear browsing data.

Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.

Select the types of information you want to remove.

Click Clear data.

 

 

In Microsoft Edge

To clear browsing info stored on your device, like saved passwords or cookies:

In Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

Under the Time range, choose a time range. Select the check box next to each data type you would like to clear, and then select Clear now.

In the Safari browser:

Click on the Safari menu in the top left-hand corner next to the Apple symbol.

Click on Settings...

A new dialogue box will open.

Click Privacy 

Click on the Manage Website Data button.

To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all 

A new dialogue box will open.

Click Remove Now 

Wait a few moments, then click Done. 

Close the dialogue box remaining.
